Need a better way to contact support

When I click the link for support it brings up the program on my computer.. it doesn't give me any way to actually contact you. I need either the email address or you need a simple web form.

Think of it from a marketing perspective. 1. Most people using your app are using desktop and Chrome, therefore on their Computer..because you can't install Chrome apps on Phones. 2. Most people do not use the email client on their computer. The majority of the world is PC users, not MAC. So why is the support link a mailto link that isn't for the majority of your users? It should be an online form and you can provide a mailto link as well for those on their phone, but the majority of your traffic is most likely computer users.
