It doesn't change the setting from 1 week when I type in 1 month. I need settings for 1-2 months so I can wrap up projects before bringing other tabs back.

Hey Sahigo, 
For the 2 customizable presets, there is currently no way to set reminders that far back. However, it can be done by clicking the "Reschedule" button.
As for the presets:
The first one allows you to customize a reminder between 1-5 hours.
The second preset allows you to pick a specific day and time for a reminder (Eg: Wednesday at 2pm)
